These were taken out our bedroom window looking off the back deck. The tree that has the droopy branches with the seed pods is a Paulownia tomentosa tree, commonly known as a Princess tree or an Empress tree. In the springtime it normally has very pretty lavender blooms with yellow centers. This year there weren't many blooms at all.
WOW What a great view. That tree must be beautiful in Springtime.
