Wonder what would happen if we let Daisy lose in the yard...Usually, the cats scatter when the dogs are lose. Chiana is rubbing up against the fence where my dog, Daisy, is lying down. Daisy doesn't growl at Chiana, but then again Chiana is not near her food bowl. That would get her hurt. Daisy is very protective about her food bowl when there is another animal near it.Daisy is half Great Pyrenees and who knows what the other half is. She is almost 3 years old. Chiana is a stray cat that roamed up a few years ago. She has stayed ever since. She was named after a character from Farscape. Chiana has two nicknames Chocolate Cat and Miss Piggy. Daisy was already named when we got her and we never did rename her. I tell her she is a heathen and Ray calls her a mongrel. She likes to shake hands with you and fetch the ball. Haven't gotten her to take to water yet. You start sprinkling the dogs to cool them off in the summertime and she runs the other way. Big baby!!! LOL!!! Daisy also likes to jump up on you sometimes. You better have a firm foot on the ground or she will knock you over.
Look at the two of them. Wonder how they would be without the fence.
